This Privacy Policy describes what information the App uses, how it is handled, and what we do **not** collect. **Short summary:** The App stores your preferences and downloaded content on your device. It does not require an account, does not track you across apps or websites, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not sell personal information. Network access is used to download catalogues and media you choose to fetch. ## Who we are **Developer / publisher contact** Email: moscow.armory@gmail.com Web: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61563098335925 ## Information the App uses ### Stored on your device (local only) The App may save the following **on your iPhone or iPad** using standard iOS storage (including UserDefaults and the app’s Documents / Caches areas): - Favorites and related playlists (for example Audio, Audio w/ Text, Audio w/ Parts) - Playback and UI preferences (tempo, volumes, play-through, piano lead-in, USB-related settings, and similar) - Bible Reading Plan progress (for example day checkmarks / reading state) - Catalogue or source preferences you configure for downloads - Media and text packages you download or import (audio, ZIP packages, PDF, HTML, and related files) This information stays on your device unless you back up the device with Apple (or another backup tool you choose). We do not operate a user-account database for the App. ### Network activity (content you request) When you use download or refresh features, the App may contact **content servers** (for example catalogue and package hosting used by Moscow Armory) over HTTPS to: - Fetch song / reading catalogues - Download audio and associated text packages you select Those requests are for delivering content you asked for. The App does not send your favorites list, reading progress, or personal profile to us for advertising or analytics. ### Information we do not collect The App does **not** collect or ask for: - Name, email address, phone number, or account credentials (there is no login) - Payment or financial information (purchases, if any, are handled by Apple) - Precise or approximate location - Contacts, photos, camera, microphone recordings for social features, or health data - Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking - Analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs that upload personal data to us Apple’s privacy nutrition labels / Privacy Manifest for this App declare **no tracking** and **no collected data types** reported to Apple for privacy nutrition purposes. Required Reason APIs used locally include UserDefaults, file timestamps, and disk space checks for normal app behavior. ## How we use information Local preferences and files are used only to: - Play audio and show associated PDF or HTML text - Remember favorites, settings, and Bible Reading Plan progress - Manage downloads and library folders on your device - Support optional USB audio interface setup on compatible hardware ## Sharing and sale of information We do **not** sell personal information. We do **not** share your local favorites, settings, or reading progress with third parties for marketing. Third parties involved only as infrastructure for features you use include: - **Apple** — App Store distribution, device OS, and any Apple services you enable (for example iCloud device backup) - **Content hosts** — servers that deliver catalogues and media when you download them Those parties’ handling of technical connection data (such as IP address visible to a server during a download) is governed by their own practices and by the ordinary operation of the internet. ## Children’s privacy The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not create accounts or collect personal identifiers through the App, there is no child-specific registration. Parents who believe a child has provided personal information to us by email may contact us to request deletion of that correspondence. ## Your choices - **Favorites / settings:** Change or clear them in the App where those controls exist. - **Downloaded content:** Delete files in the App or with Files / device storage tools as applicable. - **All App data:** Uninstalling the App removes its local container from that device (subject to any backups you keep). - **Downloads:** Simply do not use download features if you prefer not to contact content servers. ## Data retention Local data remains until you delete it, clear App data, or uninstall the App. We do not retain an online copy of your favorites or reading progress. ## International users Processing for App functionality occurs on your device. Content downloads go to the hosts you reach over the network. If you contact us by email, that message is handled as ordinary business correspondence. ### European Economic Area / UK Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to any personal data you send us by email, we process it to respond to your request (legitimate interests / contract-like correspondence). The App itself is designed not to upload personal data from the device for profiling or advertising. ### California (CCPA / CPRA) We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Categories of information “collected” by the App in the ordinary sense are limited to local preferences and files on your device, plus technical data inherent to content downloads you initiate. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure; protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS updated. ## Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s practices change. The Effective Date at the top will be revised.
